Job Description:We are seeking a Professional Development Support Supervisor to join our team. The Professional Development Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations that enable the successful delivery of Professional Development (PD) services. This role manages a team of coordinators who handle scheduling, travel logistics, invoicing, quoting, and other administrative functions that support Lakeshore’s PD Specialists and Consultants. The Supervisor ensures operational excellence, timely execution, and alignment with company standards and customer expectations.

A day on the job looks like this:
- Manage inbound leads/customer inquiries to facilitate PD bookings
- Initiate PD booking process through specialists and/or consultants, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and calendar coordination
- Lead and manage a team of PD Support Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotes and invoices related to PD services.
- Collaborate with PD Specialists and Trainers to align support functions with training delivery needs.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to PD support services.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for PD operations, including service metrics and team performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PD Manager, Sales, Finance, HR) to ensure seamless execution of PD services.
- Support the development and implementation of tools and systems that streamline PD support processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to PD service delivery, travel, and invoicing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of best practices by soliciting feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
- Champion a culture of customer service excellence within the PD Support team.

- Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support, preferably in an education or training environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, multiple simultaneous projects, tight deadlines, calendars and various forms of communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling and CRM platforms.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education standards and PD delivery models is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings or training events.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Passionate about supporting educators and improving learning outcomes.

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties. For employees residing outside of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, pay is based on national market.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $22.36 - $34.62 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
