Duties

You will polan, organize, and direct the activities of the Installation and Environment Department.,You will provide environmental services to include compliance, pollution prevention and abatement, and management of natural resources through the implementation of a robust Environmental Management System.,You will use analytical methods and techniques to review financial/work management operations for standardization, productivity, and business practices.,You will plan assign work to subordinate employees based on organization priorities and consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments.,You will communicate and coordinate facilities and environmental issues.,You will exercise fiscal management responsibility in developing the Facilities Division budget.,You will participate in the development and implementation of both long and short term facilities and construction policies and plans,,You will keep abreast of current regulatory trends and environmental technology and theology, such as innovative usages of new pollution prevention equipment or Geospatial Information technologies.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing wildlife and habitat management efforts; monitoring expenditures and formulating goent plans for the reallocation of funds; developing, modifying, and/or interpreting performance standards; hearing and resolving employee complaints; supporting and assisting with coordination of technical support and contract support services.
