Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing Specialist

Summary

This position reports to the SVP of Commercial Real Estate and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate loan servicing functions to include payment processing, annual review/compliance correspondence, monthly loan billing, and file maintenance. This position will also involve components of asset management which includes loan reviews and watch list loan management. This position provides customer service support to internal and external entities and acts as a servicing contact for Commercial Real Estate loans.

Salary Range: $23.63 To $30.00 Hourly

The salary ranges for positions are based on current market industry studies as well as job evaluations. During the offer phase Management will determine the appropriate compensation within the compensation range based on experience, education and internal equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or three or more years’ experience in commercial lending, servicing, underwriting or accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of banking or credit union procedures and regulations and the ability to interpret and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently within specific time constraints with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documentation and finance-related terms and conditions.  
• Analytical skills to include the ability to define problems, collect data, recognize reasonableness, and draw valid conclusions.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong PC skills with an emphasis on spreadsheet and word processing applications and ability to use job specific computer applications.

Schedule

• Must reside in the state of CA or willing to self-relocate
• Onsite position Monday-Friday with hybrid work from home flexibility after the first 90 days
