Hybrid Machine Operator (M-TH 7pm-5am) na Goodkind

Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, the Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining consistent production and quality standards, keeping filling machines and labeling machines running smoothly to ensure on-time delivery of product, and working well within their team to promote a positive work environment.

What You’ll Do 

• Fill, label, batch, clean, and box products, both manually and using machinery. This includes loading/unloading production components, feeding the machine with components, manipulating components at different locations along the machine, and other tasks as needed
• Completing production Documentation including manual administrative function.
• Set up and break down production machinery as needed with efficiency, accuracy, and care
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product meets quality requirements 
• Follow safety guidelines to help you and those around you work safely and efficiently
• Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment, including breaking down boxes, cleaning, and other organization/housekeeping related tasks
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for production
• Communicate with Lead and Supervisor throughout the day and have the ability to shift priorities as needed on short notice
• Cooperate with, engage, and encourage your coworkers by helping to build a positive team dynamic
• Lead a team of 4 - 8 people and assign daily responsibilities to each of those individuals. 

What We Require 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficiency in technology, including laptops, iPads, and tablets.
• Background in production assembly, cosmetic experience is beneficial but not required
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
• Ability to multi-task and move quickly to keep the production line moving
• Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity are mandatory
• Availability during 12 hour window of shift operations (10-12 hour shift during those times) and occasional weekend shifts as needed if hired for Monday through Thursday shift.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
• Monday-Thursday (7pm-5am) with possible overtime
