Essential Key Functions and Accountabilities: (Responsibilities and major tasks performed)

  • Identify existing learning events to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop training content and curriculum structure for ILT (Instructor-Led Training), e-learning, and OJT delivery methods.
  • Administer learning event creation and assignment in Cornerstone LMS.
  • Administer internal and external ILT events.
  • Facilitate the development of competency lists associated with positions to be used to facilitate job descriptions, interviewing criteria, performance appraisal, and competency assessment.
  • Associate learning events with job competency to facilitate development plans.
  • Manage the execution of development plans and assigned training.
  • Facilitate delivery of ILT and mixed mode learning events.
  • Administer the tuition reimbursement program.
  • Manage the process to take advantage of WEDnet and other state and federal grant funds that are available to defray training costs.
  • Facilitate the identification of strategic learning needs for the organization.
  • Maintain and communicate appropriate KPI’s.

Experience and Education Required

4-year degree or equivalent experience

3-5 years’ experience in related field
