Hybrid Customer Solutions Representative na Strategic Sanitation Services

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to join our team!

The Customer Solutions Representative will provide support to our customers with various Customer Solutions needs. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily while upholding our company culture and values.

We are a trash management business that services apartment and condominium communities. Strategic provides Respectful, Reliable and Responsible service which honors God, cares for people and guards the environment.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and send service reports to customers
• Communicate with Community Managers
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails
• Support the Field Team through notifications and responses
• Contact trash haulers on behalf of customers
• Update system (HubSpot) with customer information as needed
• Prepare and send mass emails to customers
• Participate in (in-person) department, office and company-wide meetings
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be Respectful, Reliable and Responsible
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HubSpot a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Strong teamwork ethic
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Desire to learn and positive attitude
• Dedication to customer satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits

• $20 - $21/hour
• Full-time, 30-40 hours/week
