BMA is seeking a C2 Interoperability Analyst to join our team in Kansas City, MO.
Job Summary
-
As part of a team provide interoperability research, data collection, and analysis support to the Command and Control Integration Directorate (C2ID) and Unified Action Partner Interoperability (UAP-I).

Collect observations from field training exercises and provide assessment reports, operational concepts/Learning Demands, and recommendations related to Unified Action Partner (UAP) and Next Generation C2 (NGC2)

Research and analyze the state of interoperability with key Joint and multinational partners.

Review U.S. Army, Joint, multinational and NGC2 concepts, doctrine, policies, and agreements to identify disconnects and shortfalls, and make recommendations to alleviate them.
Clearance Requirements
There is a DoD Secret Security Clearance requirement for this role.
Required Skills & Certifications
• Understanding and knowledge of UA interoperability and/or Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2)
• Working knowledge of U.S. Army and Joint Doctrine especially related to multinational interoperability and/or NGC2
• Understanding and knowledge of Army Mission Command Systems used in current military operations with Unified Action Partners and between Army units
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and Secret/Releasable (SEC//REL) Networks
• Operational experience as a staff member in a Brigade-level or higher organization with background using Army MC systems or Joint Command and Control Systems
• Moderate knowledge of Army Command and Control Fix (C2 Fix) and NGC2 initiatives and developments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to providing observations and reports from a field environment during military training exercises
• Secret Clearance
