Job Summary
This position support Campus Operations in Monthly/Yearly Preventive monthly work orders, manages the trash switching of cans for housing buildings and other tasks assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities

Switching out compactor cans at housing buildings every day, including every other Saturday

Completes monthly preventive work orders

Cleans compactor rooms weekly

Window cleaning on campus

Cleaning work spaces (computer monitors, phones); dusting/cleaning blinds; washing windows (internal and external); washing trash receptacles; cleaning vents, ducts, lights, and overhead items; attending training meetings; complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.

To fill in for full-time Custodian II during absence due to illness or vacation

Communicate any facility deficiencies to appropriate Facilities and Plant Operations (FPO) personnel.

Follow oral and written instructions regarding safety, administrative and cleaning matters.

Listen to and collect information from customers when approached and work with them to meet their needs within scope of responsibility.

Must be available to be on-call every other weekend
