- Input work orders in the ServiceMax system and send service reports.
- Dispatch and schedule Service Technicians to address customer work orders.
- Input billing of work orders after Technicians complete assignment.
- Provide service estimates to customers, and obtain Purchase Orders before service appointments.
- Respond to high volume Dispatch Email box.
- Set up and maintain equipment in ServiceMax system.
- Assist with scheduling of demo equipment/rentals. Manage equipment inventory in ServiceMax to show accurate history on demo and rental equipment.
- Schedule Preventative Maintenance appointments and ensure that agreements are getting filled. Sell new PMs to customers and write up new PMs when existing agreements are going to expire.
- Work with Project Manager on scheduling pre-installation meetings, installations and FATs (assigning appropriate technician for the machine being installed).

The targeted compensation for this position is between $25 - $29/hour plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or related experience.
- Experience in coordination of repair and maintenance appointments.
- Customer service focus with ability to communicate technical information.
- Strong time management skills.
- Technical education and/or experience preferred.
- Knowledge of automation equipment a plus
- Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of SXe and ServiceMax preferred (training available)
