Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Assistant to support our Kindergarten Program. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting the classroom teacher in delivering instruction, promoting academic growth, and supporting a positive learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Kindergarten teacher.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
• Provide individualized support to students to meet their language and academic needs, promoting and academic development.
• Assist in organizing classroom materials and resources to support learning and student engagement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen instructional practices.

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with young children and supporting bilingual education.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
• Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred, but not required.
