Multi-Site Property Manager – Mt. Airy & Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia

This isn’t your average desk job — you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, and property performance. From leasing momentum to maintenance excellence, vendor negotiations to budget mastery, you’ll wear many hats (and look good in all of them).

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee multiple multifamily properties with an eagle eye on occupancy, revenue, and resident experience
• Lead, coach, and inspire on-site teams to hit goals and deliver 5-star service
• Keep properties in peak condition through proactive maintenance and curb appeal magic
• Build strong community connections with residents and neighborhood partners
• Track financial performance, control expenses, and crush budget targets
