What You’ll Do:
- Sort and separate recyclable materials on conveyor belts
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate equipment like power washers
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe
- Move materials between production, storage, and shipping areas
- Track inventory and label incoming/outgoing shipments
- Stack bales, crates, and pallets in designated zones
- Assist with special projects and documentation
- Follow all safety and health guidelines
- Work closely with a team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs safely
- Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and self-motivated with strong time management
