This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Atlantic Fields, set outside of Hobe Sound, FL

Atlantic Fields is seeking a part-time, year-round Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Department.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and assisting Atlantic Fields’ marketing team. You will play a key role in executing marketing plans, managing communication channels, coordinating hospitality reservations, and facilitating various additional tasks to ensure the success of the Marketing team

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for providing administrative support to the Marketing team and leaders.
• Answer telephones, expedite correspondence and make travel arrangements, as needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g. brochures, promotional materials, sales demo kit, welcome kit, souvenir etc.).
• Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing or communications preferred.
• Experience with luxury hospitality preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working in a hotel, clerical or sales.
• Demonstration of work success in a client-service / customer service environment.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Apple products and services.

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.
