Integration Data Analyst

Location: India, Malaysia, Philippines

 

What we’re looking for:

As an Integration Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working with business representatives and technical colleagues to create and manage a backlog of integration requests as well as coordinate with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure on time delivery of APIs and integrations to support a wider enterprise level plan. You will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful product delivery. Your expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies will be crucial in managing the product backlog and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions on time.

The role:

  • Elicit integration requirements and turn them into actionable Features and User Stories in ADO.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define team scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Work with supplier Scrum Masters to support Agile/scrum ceremonies and delivery processes.
  • Deal with clarifications from system analysts, developers and testers as well as coordinate UAT with stakeholders who have requested data
  • Own the development and delivery of a continuous improvement plan to improve processes and approach to building integrations for LR’s Data Orchestration Platform
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery execution.
  • Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that integration solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.

 

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer or similar role in integration projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – experience in BDD and TDD requirements writing.
  • Good knowledge of Azure Integration solutions (Azure APIM), data management methodologies (eg Medallion) and data modelling techniques.
  • Good experience with Postman collections and SQL.
  • Familiarity with integration architectural patterns, security requirements (OWASP) and test strategies for APIs and data exchanges.
  • Familiarity with Data Governance methodologies and approaches – experience with Purview is a bonus
  • Good experience on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent English written and speaking skills.
  • Experience working with offshore teams and managing remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
