Responsibilities

  • Advance the company’s established strategic sales direction, message, and brand. 
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals on new maintenance & snow business. 
  • Create and maintain beneficial networking opportunities to expand its reach and advance the Brilar brand. 
  • Prospect and secure new business through networking, cold calling, emails, consistent follow-ups, and in-person to support the growth of Brilar  
  • Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline to ensure quota attainment 
  • Drive significant growth in the market for new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quota 
  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects 
  • Report sales metrics  
  • Positively represent the company and brand at all times
  • Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service sales
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience with CRM software 
  • Be highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
  • Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a more extended selling cycle environment
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and virtual 
  • Experience with RFP documentation is a strong asset 
  • Able to work proactively for extended periods with minimal direct supervision 
  • Possess a positive and friendly attitude 
  • Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicit agreement
