We are seeking a highly skilled and intellectually curious Quantitative Developer to join our algorithmic credit trading team in New York City. This role focuses on expanding our algorithmic trading capabilities and integrating them with voice and sales trading across all OTC credit markets. As part of a lean and agile team, the ideal candidate will bring strong software development expertise, comfort with data and quantitative concepts, and experience building machine learning pipelines. We foster a relaxed, collaborative environment dedicated to building in-house solutions that maintain our market leadership in credit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance machine learning models used in algorithmic trading strategies by implementing ideas from internal research and trading staff.
- Improve the robustness and efficiency of our ML pipeline.
- Build tools to integrate algorithmic strategies with voice and sales trading workflows.
- Develop internal packages and utilities to streamline team operations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Python is required.
- Strong software development skills and experience with ML pipeline construction.
- Comfort working with data and quantitative concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and competitive drive—demonstrated interest in strategy games or sports (e.g., poker, board games, chess) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, sharp, and creative.
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $165,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
