This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance that has been adjudicated in the last 5 years or designated CE and the ability to obtain and maintain special accesses. %26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cp style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3E%3Cstrong%3EResponsibilities: %3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cul%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EServes as a logistics technical advisor to Operations Manager, provides expert advice, and assistance on all property management issues.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EExecute logistics, procurement, transportation, and warehousing activities.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EPresent prepared training to hand receipt holders on the proper use of the equipment being assigned.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EOperate software programs designed specifically to manage logistical functions, such as procurement, inventory management, and other supply chain planning.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EMaintain and update inventories in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EUse Microsoft Office suite and applications to provide reports to leadership on logistics activities.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EResponsible for the packaging, crating, and documentation, for all materials. Ensures all items are labeled, stored and packed properly including the safe and efficient use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EReceive, store and issue/return materials in support of all operations.%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EMaintain procedures for inventory control within the warehouse, and directly manage these functions in a hands-on manner.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3ECoordinate with Government Logistics Supervisor to optimize inventory holdings and maintain stock levels.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EResponsible for monitoring item levels using the inventory management software to determine expiration dates and supply reorder points.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EEstablish hand receipt files and maintain accountability of issued items%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EMakes recommendations on the need for reports or administrative action to be taken on accountable property that was misused, unserviceable or lost.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EMaintain effective relationships with external organizations and internal stakeholders; coordinate timely logistical support with all program support entities.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EManages and coordinates equipment repairs, calibrations, exchanges, returns, and refurbishment and determines the need for repair and/or replacement.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3ECoordinate equipment maintenance support with Test, Measurement %26amp; Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE)%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EProvide accurate documentation of equipment, locations and values.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3ECoordinates final disposition of assets, including the reutilization program; organizes requirements of hazardous materials disposal, and appropriate shipment and transfer method.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3ETravel as needed (10%-15%).%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EMust be able to lift 50lbs.%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3ECandidate will receive specialized training on any unique job responsibilities.%3C/li%3E%0A%3C/ul%3E

Requirements:

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance is required with adjudication within the last 5 years or designated CE and the ability to obtain and maintain special accesses.
• Three (3) years of related experience or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Progressive relevant training and/or certification in appropriate discipline may be substituted for one (1) year of the education or experience requirement.
• Basic knowledge in operating MS- Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point.

Minimum Years of Experience:

• 3 Years

Preferred:

• Four (4) years of college in a related technical discipline plus five (5) years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience for a total of seven (7) years. Progressive relevant training and/or certification in appropriate discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of the education or experience requirement.
• Knowledge of the Federal Supply System
• Military 74D Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) or equivalent training/experience desired.
• Military 92A Automated Logistical Specialist or equivalent training/experience desired
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
