JOB SUMMARY
The Internal Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and communication across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting company-wide communication initiatives, managing employee volunteering efforts, coordinating quarterly Town Halls, overseeing internal surveys, and maintaining the internal communications calendar and budget. The coordinator works closely with HRBPs, functional leaders, and the manufacturing team to ensure timely, consistent, and impactful communication that supports culture, strategy, and employee experience.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Learning, Development, & Internal Communications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute internal communication content and messaging in collaboration with the CEO, HRBPs, and functional leaders across key initiatives and projects.
- Identify the right platforms and channels to effectively reach and engage diverse employee audiences, including manufacturing staff.
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on internal communication tools, ensuring consistent deployment of key messages to stakeholders.
- Manage the survey platform, with a focus on executing the quarterly engagement pulse survey and wrapping up survey processes, analysis, and reporting.
- Lead planning, promotion, and execution of employee volunteering events; track and report total volunteer hours through the end of each year.
- Coordinate and support quarterly Town Halls, including agenda development, speaker alignment, logistics, and communications.
- Publish monthly newsletters, including company-wide and non-HR updates as required.
- Maintain and update intranet content regularly to ensure relevance and alignment with current initiatives.
- Collaborate with brewery/manufacturing teams to ensure communication reaches on-site employees effectively.
- Manage and track the Internal Communications budget, ensuring proper allocation and completion of key initiatives through year-end.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in internal communications, event coordination, or employee engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal communication tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Canva, Mailchimp).
- Experience with volunteer program coordination or community engagement is a plus.
Qualifications
- Excellent writing and content development skills for diverse internal audiences.
- Experience using intranet systems, email platforms, survey tools, and communication channels.
- Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
- Experience supporting communications in manufacturing or distributed workforces is a plus.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 – 81,1000/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package, including health insurance!
