Your Role
As a GrinderOperator, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality parts efficientlyand effectively. Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating grinders to fabricate precision parts with care and accuracy.
- Inspecting completed parts for defects to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Collaborating with supervisors and senior operators to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
What You Bring
We’re looking forindividuals who are passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. To succeedin this role, you’ll need:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of machining or grinding experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical skills and an eye for detail.
