Hybrid Data Analyst II na Viemed Healthcare

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply analytical methods to complex business problems to drive data-informed decisions
• Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
• Translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions, and vice versa
• Conduct independent research and analysis to identify and deliver data solutions
• Ensure data quality by applying established principles and standards
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through reports and presentations
• Collaborate across teams to support high-level decision-making processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role
• Proficiency in SQL programming
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently on end-to-end projects
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Experience with statistical modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, Azure ML)
• Solid understanding of healthcare industry or related domain knowledge
• Strong design and data visualization skills
• Experience in applying data quality standards

Ability to facilitate meetings and contribute to high-level strategic decisions
