Join the Midway Motors team as a Service Advisor, where you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service team. You’ll greet customers, help identify their vehicle needs, sell maintenance services, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

· Greet customers and gather vehicle info

· Recommend and sell services based on manufacturer guidelines

· Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines

· Keep customers informed on status, pricing, and promotions

· Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs

· Finalize work orders, verify warranty coverage, and handle payments

· Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area

Job Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Three or more years sales experience in the automotive industry
• Previous work experience working directly with the public, selling or influencing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and communicating with persons outside the organization via phone, face-to-face, email and/or social media.
• Attention to detail
• Customer-focused with the ability to communicate directly with customers, explaining vehicle details, recommendations and costs
• Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data and process information
• Cooperative spirit that requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured, cooperative attitude; being sensitive to other’s needs and feelings while being understanding and helpful
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
