Overview:
Responsible for cleaning and drying totes in a timely and orderly fashion while maintaining and following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:- Requires conformance to IVC’s SOP’s, cGMP’s (21 CFR 211), OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
- Using hand truck to move staged unclean totes into tote washroom.
- Clean totes in accordance to SOP-00026
- Make log entries as required.
- Tag all clean totes with proper identification tag after cleaning the tote.
- Work as needed in other departments when clean totes are not needed.
- May cross-train as a packaging operator
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in GMP environment (Preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry)
- Ability to read and comprehend SOP’s, Batch Records and training documents Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand basic math and have basic computer knowledge.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills is a requirement.
- Team player; works well with others.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
