Hybrid PHYSICAL THERAPY CHECK-IN na SportsMED Complete Orthopedic Care

SportsMED Complete Orthopedic Care is seeking a full-time Check-In Representative to join the Physical Therapy team at our Huntsville practice location. We are looking to make an immediate hire. Qualified applicants will possess:

- a high school diploma or GED

- at least 2 years of medical practice experience in a clerical, patient-facing role

- a demonstrable understanding of health insurance

- experience reading patient accounts on an EMR and understanding how to determine patient financial responsibility

- experience collecting money from patients at time of service

Ideal applicants will possess all of the above, but 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting.
