Location: Concord & Northwood, NH

Pay: Competitive salary + incentives

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Some Saturdays required.

What You’ll Do:

As a Branch Market Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team across our Concord and Northwood, NH branches, rallying them around performance, visibility, and a culture of success. You’ll be the go-to for strategy, coaching, and community engagement—driving growth through smart data use and meaningful member relationships.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Leading and developing a team of 8–10+ FTEs
• Managing branch operations and ensuring compliance
• Coaching team members on consultative sales and service excellence
• Analyzing market data to identify growth opportunities
• Driving outbound calling strategies and member engagement
• Attending community events and building referral partnerships
• Collaborating with internal teams like HR, Lending, Marketing, and more

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in customer/member service
• 3+ years of leadership or coaching experience (preferably in a financial or sales-driven environment)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for goal-setting, team development, and community impact
• Comfort with data, KPIs, and strategic planning
• A mindset that embraces change, innovation, and continuous learning
