Janney Roofing, Florida's highest-rated residential roofing contractor, is currently searching for driven, highly motivated sales professionals to join our team in the Orlando area.
Qualifications
Ability to multitask, possess strong organizational and communication skills (Proficient in English- Bi-lingual a plus)
Experience is a plus.
Knowledge of building construction is a plus.
Willingness to provide excellent customer service.
Clean, neat, and professional appearance.
Candidates should be motivated, safety-oriented, and possess the ability to work well with others.
High-quality leads will be provided, however, door-to-door canvassing will be required on occasion.
Must have reliable transportation, capable of transporting a ladder.
Must be able to carry a ladder and physically climb on roofs.
Valid Driver’s license (required)
Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during roof inspections
Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
Present and provide estimates for roof system replacement to clients in a clear and effective manner (Training will be provided.)
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, using an Inform, Offer, Educate sales approach to determine needs and provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales.
Generate new leads.
Promptly follow up on company-generated leads.
Integrity, honesty, and genuine care for our clients are key attributes for our team members.
Photographing and documenting current roof system and property features.
Update company database on items pertaining to projects to keep production and office teams informed.
Develop a strong product knowledge base.
Understanding/learning all roofing systems available to customers (will train).
MUST POSSESS THE WILLINGNESS TO DEVELOP AND GROW, BOTH PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY.
Earning Potential:
Pay scale- Unlimited earning potential. Target earnings are a minimum of $75-100k/annually.
W2 with $50K non-recoverable draw + 4-14% commission on gross job sale amount.
