As a General Manager, you’ll lead your store’s operations, coach and develop your team, and ensure every customer receives top-tier service. You’ll work hands-on and be responsible for everything from staffing and scheduling to inventory and cash control.
Key Responsibilities:
· Very hands on position, assisting with vehicle maintenance.
- Direct and coach staff to ensure procedures are followed
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Interact with customers and resolve issues
- Open and close the store
- Maintain facility appearance and cleanliness
- Compile weekly schedules and meet sales goals
- Complete documentation and oversee bank deposits
Requirements
? What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Previous automotive experience
- 1+ year of retail or hospitality management experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Age 18+
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to complete CBT modules
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work 48 hours per week
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, crawling
- Lifting up to 25 lbs
- Clear communication with customers and team
