Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting equipments and solutions is looking for a an Accounting Assistant to be based in its UK offices in Buckingham.
Main Responsibilities in this role
- Assist with purchase ledger
- Assist in the credit control process with emails, copy invoices and e-mail queries
- Management of expense claim process on Expensya to SAP
- Management of fixed assets and rental cranes on SAP
- Input of warranty credits and raising of MCG France labour invoices
- Assist financial controller
To be Successful in this Role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel and use of accounting software
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Knowledge of SAP if possible
