As a Physical Therapy Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting, instructing and training professional & paraprofessional staff in proper positioning of students within the classroom, gym, changing/toileting areas, and in equipment.
• Assessing caseload students at least once a month to determine if they need to be seen in  wheelchair/orthotic clinic. Participate in wheelchair clinics.
• Scheduling and implementing student physical therapy services, incorporating goals and objectives, as stated in the IEP, as direct by a PT.

It's fulfilling work that makes an immediate difference in lives. To help our students, you will be provided training and instruction on behavior management, communication techniques and assistive technology.

Hours:                        
Monday - Friday  8:15 am - 3:15 pm
 

Wages :

Competitive starting pay of $42.58/hr (Commensurate with experience and education)
