About the role
As the Senior Product Manager for our Mobile team, you will be a driving force behind the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our iOS and Android applications. You will be responsible for bringing a world-class, consumer-grade product sensibility to our B2B platform, creating a mobile experience that sales reps don't just use, but love. Voze’s mobile app is a critical part of our product offering and the primary way most of our customers use the product.
We’re looking for a product leader who can partner with our world-class engineering and product design teams to move beyond simple features and create innovative new experiences that leverage new technologies (AI). You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from deep user discovery to launch and iteration, to meet ambitious company goals. This role is based in our Draper, UT office with hybrid flexibility (in person 3-4 days per week).
What you'll do
- Define, own, and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for the Voze mobile application (iOS & Android), obsessing over user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Partner with engineering, design, and leadership to ideate, validate, and ship next-generation features that save reps time and help them close more deals
- Become the undisputed voice of our users, conducting continuous discovery to uncover their deepest pain points and unmet needs.
- Collaborate tightly with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to bring your roadmap to life.
- Translate high-level business goals into a concrete, prioritized backlog of features and experiments
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions and communicate product performance to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products and features.
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience building and improving a mobile app (iOS or Android) with a significant user base.
- Experience and comfort leveraging AI tools and working on products with meaningful AI/ML components.
- Strong customer empathy and experience with a variety of user research methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop a product strategy, align it with business objectives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Experience building products for sales professionals or other on-the-go user personas.

- Experience in a technical role or background in computer science/programming.
