***HYBRID POSITION***


The Senior Client Services Executive serves as the point of contact to assigned PHS Clients and focuses on the strategic partnership of the account, provides customer support, up-selling, technical assistance and general relation management. 


Essential Job Functions of a Senior Client Services Executive

  • Assigned to manage identified large revenue generating PHS clients 
  • Responsible for up-selling and expanding the relationship between the client and PHS.
  • Manages an Account Manager who assists in servicing assigned PHS clients
  • Responsible for coordination of all analysis request and presenting results
  • Involved with internal PPO training meetings
  • Communicates regularly with Provider Contracting to ensure Client expectations are met
  • Travels up to 50% of the time as directed and approved by the EVP of Client Services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study from and accredited college or university and 
  • 10+ years of workers’ compensation, group health, or auto liability market experience
  • 7+ years of PPO, Bill Review or Specialty Network experience is preferred
