Are you a driven candidate with solid experience? If so, we are looking for you!  We are looking for Grounds Technician I who will partner with our  team. The role is located at our Fort Worth, TX (PTA) location. You will be responsible for providing quality products to our customers in a time-ly, cost-efficient manner.

Essential Responsibilities & Requirements:  

Responsibilities

•    Provide complete, high level customer products/service and support for customers and other CTOS facilities.

•    Process requests of Ground Lead in an accurate and timely manner.

•    Diagnose departmental issues and communicate issues with Ground Lead.

•    Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency.

•    Provide high quality workmanship.

Requirements

•    The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have operational inquiries. 

•    Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

•    Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

•    Dexterity required to utilize power tools, and other tools required to do the job.

•    Ability to work in a safe environment and respect those around you.

•    Must be able to observe and interpret operational data.

•    Ability to learn technical material.

•    Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.

•    Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, ex-cluding holidays and time off.

Other Responsibilities:

•    Ability to work without direct supervision.

•    Various projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

•    Basic understanding of RubberTesting.net.    

•    Proficient at building or repairing a ground cable including logging, disassembly, cleaning, repair-ing and testing without oversight or guidance while maintaining a high-quality standard.

•    May be required to go out on change outs.

•    Experience working in a results-oriented, team environment.

•    Exceptional time management skills.

•    Ability to enter data into computer or tablet.
