Registered Behavior Technician needed to assist the teacher and the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans for identified special education students.
Work Schedule: 6.5 hours per day / 184 days per year (follows the student school calendar plus 3 professional development days)
Salary: $21.59 per hour

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and four years of college credit or a bachelor’s degree preferably in special education, psychology, social work or other human services degree with three years of experience working with individuals with emotional disabilities or autism, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification as a Behavior Technician, Physical Management Training and / or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recommended or demonstrated ability to obtain required training.
