We are currently seeking Part-Time Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of our premier indoor soccer facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily field and grounds maintenance to preserve the quality and cleanliness of the facility.
• Open and secure fields according to management and front desk directives.
• Carry out various physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and facility inspections.
• Promptly communicate any emergencies or disturbances to the front desk team.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks including emptying trash cans, sweeping fields, and minor repairs.
• Act as a liaison between guests and front desk for payment resolution and customer service support.
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations.
• Complete other related tasks as assigned, including cross-training and general facility cleaning duties.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Excellent time management and professionalism.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as needed.
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive.
