Position Summary / Essential Functions:
- Support preparation and distribution of the monthly financial report package
- Review and analyze financial statements monthly with managers
- Maintain and monitor financial and/or business metrics
- Prepare monthly, standard, and recurring journal entries
- Ensure the integrity of the general ledger. Prepare and review account reconciliations and accruals
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts
- Assist with inter-company analysis and reconciliations and balance accounts between related entities
- Participate in the annual year-end close process and help facilitate the external audit
- Perform daily cash management activities
- Prepare corporate and governmental reports as required
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Proficient in creating and maintaining financial spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with other departments & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accounting standards, conventions and principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
- Experience with JDE ERP software is desired but not required

Job Type: Full-time / Salary
Pay: $50,000-75,000
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
