Potters Industries is hiring a dependable and safety-conscious Production Technician I to support our packaging operations. You’ll be part of a team that ensures our products are packaged accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery (robot/palletizer, heat sealers, sifters, etc.)
• Bag, fill, and stack products (up to 50 lbs.)
• Perform quality checks and maintain documentation
• Operate forklifts, sweepers, and other equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging areas
• Collaborate with Quality Control and other departments
• Follow all safety and HSE protocols

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience/certification preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a high-heat environment

Work Environment

Industrial plant setting with high temperatures

Physically demanding standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
