Position Overview:

 Communiboost We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that may include filing documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with data entry. 

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 per hour
Location: Jersey City, NJ 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing documentation.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and placing orders as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the office team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an office clerical role or similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
