Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company finances
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP or IFRS)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus

Salary Range:

• 60-70k
• Full Time position at site
