Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.

The HR BSC Learning Support Analyst (m/f) will be responsible for executing and supporting the day-to-day activities providing essential administrative support in learning tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, contributing to an efficient and positive learning experience for all employees.

Note: This position is open for 3 locations: Lisboa, Tomar and Guarda


 

Learning Needs and Planning Support:

  • Assist in the collection of learning needs from various departments

  • Support the development and management of learning plans by handling administrative tasks related to planning and documentation

  • Manage logistics, including booking rooms, arranging materials and coordinating with trainers and participants
     

Learning Offer Management Support:

  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of learning programs, workshops and events

  • Schedule training sessions

  • Support the enrollment process for various learning activities

  • Ensure learning offer information is up-to-date and accessible to all employees

Learning Delivery and Administration:

  • Oversee the administration of learning platforms and systems (e.g. Workday) for the entire shared services function, including user support and data entry

  • Manage the enrollment process for learning programs and track participant progress across different units

  • Provide first-level support to users regarding access or technical issues with learning platforms

Stakeholder Collaboration Support:

  • Provide administrative support for collaboration with various departments and business unit leaders

  • Act as a point of contact for basic learning and development inquiries from all supported areas, escalating complex issues as needed

Reporting and Analysis Support:

  • Assist in generating reports on learning activities and outcomes by compiling data and preparing basic reports

  • Support the analysis of learning data by maintaining accurate records and providing data summaries

Continuous Improvement Support:

  • Assist in reviewing and improving learning processes and methodologies by providing feedback and implementing approved changes

  • Stay updated on administrative best practices in learning and development and shared services delivery models

  • Support the implementation of new tools or methodologies to enhance efficiency



 

Are you a MATCH?


 

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within a learning and development or shared services environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (Workday knowledge is a plus) and other administrative software

  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to compile and present data

  • Fluent in English - Mandatory

  • Other European language are a plus
