Hybrid Automotive Accounts Payable Specialist na Ricart Automotive

Ricart Buick GMC Chevrolet, part of the Ricart Automotive family, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast-paced and customer-focused Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and teamwork in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper authorization and coding
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Maintain organized AP files and records in accordance with company policies
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and external vendors
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and provide support to the accounting team as needed
  

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive accounts payable experience 
• Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools, especially CDK preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Google Suites, especially Sheets, preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Must have a valid driver's license with 6 points or fewer and no major violations within the last 3 years
