Senior CRM & Campaign Analyst

Hybrid (La Plata, MD HQ | Tues–Thurs onsite)
Salary $83,200 - $104,000, commensurate with experience 
Help shape the future of personalized marketing at the Wills Group! We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy Senior CRM & Campaign Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing team. If you’re energized by audience segmentation, omni-channel campaigns, and digging into data to uncover actionable insights, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our marketing strategies to life—across email, SMS, app, and paid media. Your work will drive loyalty, personalization, and engagement across our family of brands including Dash In, Splash In ECO Car Wash, and SMO Motor Fuels.
  • Build and deploy compelling offers across onboarding, seasonal, and loyalty campaigns
  • Create segmented audiences for targeted campaigns using CRM platforms like Punchh, PAR Retail, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Partner with teams across Loyalty, Digital, Category Management, and Operations to shape strategies
  • Analyze performance and deliver dashboards with tools like Power BI
  • Write SQL queries to pull data and discover new ways to personalize messaging
  • Help maintain CRM tools and troubleshoot campaign execution issues

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in marketing analytics, CRM, or campaign execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and audience segmentation
  • A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset and love for data-driven storytelling
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship or C2C available)
  • Willingness to complete a standard background check

Work Environment & Travel

  • Hybrid role: in-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday
  • Core hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
  • Occasional travel (with expenses covered) for events, training, or conferences
