Job Summary: 

This fast-paced Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the overall safety, productivity, and efficiency of warehouse operations in the assigned areas within the shift. Will supervise the employees and monitor operational flow to ensure the effective use of people and equipment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize the daily delivery from Gardiner to ensure correct product is delivered on the correct truck.
• Moving the class A and B delivery trucks in and out of the warehouse throughout the evening as the trucks are loaded according to stops.  
• Deal effectively and consistently with employee issues making sure practices and procedures are followed. 
• Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition, coordinating with maintenance to make repairs as needed, and taking unsafe equipment out of service. 
• Maintain a safe work environment, processing all incidents or injuries in a timely manner, and according to standard procedure.
• Monitor the security of the facility, ensure authorized personnel are entering the warehouse.  
• Review operational flow throughout the shift to gauge progress and to reach completion of all assigned duties by end of shift.

Work schedule – Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to finish.  This schedule may fluctuate during holiday weeks.

Skills we are looking for:

• Must be able to move large delivery trucks around facility (inside and out), CDL A or B with clean driving record preferred.
• Experience operating power industrial forklifts.
• Previous supervisor experience required.
• Able to physically sort wine/ beer/ non-alcohol cases and make sure all cases match each route number for accurate loading of trucks.
• Ability to safely lift kegs weighing up to 160lbs. 
• Requires one to be punctual and have excellent attendance.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations with regards to distribution, warehouse management systems, email systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must be organized, with excellent communication skills to be able to disperse information to the company, follow instructions, and lead your team.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
