Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a Servicing Specialist in our New Ulm office.

Job Duties:

• Servicing residential mortgage loans
• Processing escrow analysis
• Paying property taxes
• Onboarding new loans

Desired Skills:

• High level of customer service
• Attention to detail
• Technical and data entry skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an administrative office
• Bank operations or accounting experience

Education:

• Associate's degree or higher for an accredited college or university

Salary range for this role is $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
