We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Scrum Master to join our team in the banking domain. As a Scrum Master/Product Owner, you will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities
Act as both Business Systems Analyst and Scrum Master, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones by removing roadblocks and facilitating team collaboration.
Track and report project progress, sprint metrics, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the current business priorities and is well-defined for the development team.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are understood and implemented correctly.
Participate in release and change management processes, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Continuously improve agile processes and practices within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably within data or software engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with a proven ability to apply these in a data environment.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with release and change management processes.
Technical background with SQL knowledge.
Experience in retail lending.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

The role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with some days onsite at either the Fort Mill, SC or Jersey City, NJ location.
