Hybrid Fund Order Services Associate (m/f/d), Associate 2 na State Street

What you will be responsible for

• Monitoring of automated trading flows and execution of corrections as well as possible financial incidents
• Customer support and problem solving related to order management
• Contact person for operational implementation of customer requirements
• Optimization of operational business processes (e.g. increase of automation rate, implementation of new strategic trading flows)
• Support in the further development of the IT infrastructure
• Support of such further developments as an operational expert, leading implementation (test preparation, execution & monitoring)
• Implementation of regulatory requirements into the relevant trading infrastructure

Additional Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship, alternatively a degree in economics or comparable apprenticeship
• Very good MS Office skills (focus on MS Excel) as well as strong technical understanding (VBA would be a plus)
• Business Fluent in German and English
• Interest in working in a dynamic and international team
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as good analytical skills
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
• Initiative and very good communication skills
