Are you a high-performing F&I Manager ready to take your career to the next level? Suburban CDJR of Garden City is seeking a driven, experienced, and results-oriented Finance & Insurance Manager to join our dynamic team. We’re not looking for average—we want closers with a proven track record of high product penetration, especially in warranty, GAP, and other ancillary products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present financing options and aftermarket products with confidence and clarity

• Maximize profit through effective menu selling and compliance

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and customers

• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Collaborate with sales managers to drive performance and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of F&I experience in a high-volume dealership

• Strong penetration rates in service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products

• Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• CDK experience a plus
