Position Summary: 
The Salesforce Administrator supports the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with foundational Salesforce and nCino knowledge who is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, agile environment. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with business users, business analysts and senior system administrators to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.
**This is a remote position in the Wisconsin area**
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine system audits and data cleanup to ensure data integrity
  • Support planning and execution of software upgrade processes
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user support related to Salesforce and nCino platforms 
  • Perform core administrative tasks for Salesforce and nCino, including user account and permission management, standard system configuration, and related maintenance activities 
  • Assist in managing data feeds and system integrations related to Salesforce 
  • Assist with development, testing, and deployment of new features and system enhancements 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations and operational processes. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system capabilities and optimize business processes through tailored solutions. 
  • Provide support for initiatives led by the Project Management Department and other business units. 
  • Additional duties as assigned related to business needs.
     
    Qualifications:
    Education & Experience
    • Experience in the financial services or credit union industry preferred
    • 2-year associate degree with appropriate related experience required
    • College degree with major in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related field or equivalent technical experience preferred 
    • 2+ years of financial institution or 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
    • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies preferred
    Certifications
    • Salesforce Administrator (preferred)

    • Above average computer skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook Adobe and similar
