- Conduct routine system audits and data cleanup to ensure data integrity
- Support planning and execution of software upgrade processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user support related to Salesforce and nCino platforms
- Perform core administrative tasks for Salesforce and nCino, including user account and permission management, standard system configuration, and related maintenance activities
- Assist in managing data feeds and system integrations related to Salesforce
- Assist with development, testing, and deployment of new features and system enhancements
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system capabilities and optimize business processes through tailored solutions.
- Provide support for initiatives led by the Project Management Department and other business units.
- Additional duties as assigned related to business needs.
Education & Experience
- Experience in the financial services or credit union industry preferred
- 2-year associate degree with appropriate related experience required
- College degree with major in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business-related field or equivalent technical experience preferred
- 2+ years of financial institution or 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies preferred
- Salesforce Administrator (preferred)
- General banking knowledge

- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
