Aquafinity is seeking a highly skilled Fractional Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across North America. This part-time role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional looking to scale back from full-time work—while still making a major impact in a growing company.

What You’ll Do:

•  Own the strategic marketing calendar, including planning and executing blitzes by region and service line• Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, SEO, and local targeting• Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with CRM and outbound sales activity• Develop and manage reputation management initiatives, including reviews and brand positioning• Oversee email marketing, paid search, and social media initiatives• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms• Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and campaign effectiveness

What You Bring:

•  5+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)• Strong background in lead generation, SEO, and digital marketing strategy• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership• Excellent project management and time management skills• Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms• Creative mindset with analytical ability to optimize campaigns• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Bonus Qualifications:

•  Experience in B2B or service-based industries (e.g., construction, technical services, facilities)• Working knowledge of HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar platforms• Past experience in building marketing departments or start-up environments• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
