What you will do

• Support a busy mobile home community by performing unit turns and work orders
• Repair electric pedestals, water and sewage pipes
• Create and execute maintenance plans 
• Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other landscaping work including leaf and debris removal
• Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs
• Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required
• Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, change brakers/fuses, and complete similar electrical tasks
• Pressure washing
• Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails and fencing.
• Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas
• Run errands to get maintenance supplies or equipment

Requirements

• 3+ year of property maintenance experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Strong electrical and plumbing experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred 
• Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
• Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Pay and Benefits

• $60,000-$70,000 Annually, depends on experience
