As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.

Your new responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Material management – 70%

  • Raw Materials Planning supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste or obsolescence.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve supply issues.
  • Lead/support project initiatives
  • Support audits and quality issues by providing necessary documentation and traceability.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.

 

Process Improvement – 15%

  • Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance SAP functionalities.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting: 15%

  • Extract relevant data from SAP and other systems to generate reports.
  • Review key material metrics (MoH, Safety stock, safety time).
  • Provide insights to drive continuous improvement.


Who we are looking for


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, or procurement.
  • Proficiency in SAP is essential. Power BI or other system knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
