Job Description:
Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? Frazier & Deeter is expanding and seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded professional to join our dynamic Client Accounting & Advisory Solutions (CAAS) team as a Certified Unanet Implementation Specialist.
We are looking for a mid-level Certified Unanet Implementor with 4–5 years of experience to lead and support the successful configuration, deployment, and optimization of Unanet systems across client engagements. This role requires a deep understanding of Unanet’s project-based ERP solutions and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in both IT and finance/accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Unanet ERP and CRM solutions for client and internal projects.
- Customize Unanet workflows, dashboards, and reports based on business requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, accounting teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate data migration, system integration, and post-implementation support.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with Unanet software updates and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Certified Unanet Implementor (required).
- 4–5 years of experience in Unanet implementation or administration.
- Experience integrating Unanet with other systems (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks, Power BI).
- Experience in a consulting or public accounting environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of project accounting, time & expense tracking, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliance.
